Given the task of combining a design
principle previously learned with a personal
fascination, I chose to combine typography
and optical illusions. Specifically, the Zollner
Illusion in which straight lines are
optically perceived to be slanted or un-level.

Following my discovery that halftones
posses a slanting effect based on the set angle,
I was able to create an effect in which
the closer one gets to the page the more slanted
the text is.
